Refund/Cancellation Policy: The conference policy stipulates that registration cancellations requested at least 30 days before the event (until 28 Dec 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund, while no refunds are issued for cancellations made within the final 30-day window (after 28 Dec 2026). Should a registered author be unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to a co-author at no additional cost, provided the Organizing Committee is notified at least 15 days prior to the start of the conference. Terms and Conditions: By registering for AMMES 2027, participants agree to uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity and professional conduct throughout the event. Participation is open to faculties, researchers, and industries, and any submission of fraudulent credentials will result in immediate disqualification. All presented work must be original; similarity report is to be submitted through Turnitin or equivalent tools. Furthermore, attendees are expected to foster an inclusive environment, and any instances of harassment or disruptive behavior will lead to the immediate revocation of conference access. While the Organizing Committee intends to adhere to the published programme, they reserve the right to adjust session schedules or keynote speakers as necessitated by unforeseen academic or logistical circumstances.
